Refund policy

 
  • Fragrances can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
  •  Luxurycounter.com reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items.
  • 20% Restocking Fee WILL be applied on ALL returned items, undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
  • You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a refund less shipping, less 20% restocking fee, If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.
  • If your order was shipped free, a minimum of $7.95 will be deducted depending on the weight and item count of the order.
  • Within the US we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $7.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage. 
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday 8 AM-2 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Once orders are placed unfortunately can't be canceled , only a store credit can then be issued.
  • Cosmetics Due to the nature of the items, all sales are final.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item(s) does not meet our return conditions. 
  • Luxurycounter.com is not responsible for items sent to us without a return Number.
